Highlights from the NA61/SHINE Experiment

The NA61/SHINE experiment is a fixed-target, broad acceptance facility at the CERN SPS. This contribution summarizes most recent results from strong interactions programme and presents news on detector upgrade in preparation for future data taking. consists two-dimensional scan beam momentum (from 13A to 150A/158A GeV/c, \sqrt{s_{NN}} 5.1 17.3 GeV) system size (p + p, Be Be, Ar Sc, Xe La reactions). searches second-order critical end-point temperature versus baryo-chemical potential phase diagram studies properties of onset deconfinement discovered by its predecessor, NA49 presented include K/{\pi} multiplicity ratios as function energy size, singly multi-strange hadron production p reactions, net-charge fluctuations measured higher order moments Sc collisions, proton charged intermittency Pb HBT measurements collective electromagnetic effects collisions.
